So You're thinking  negative thoughts and wondering, Why do I think all these negative things? About the future, about myself, about my partner. I see things pretty negative. Or How about I think negative thoughts only when I am stressed and I don't know what to do, so it spirals and I think more negative thoughts. When you think about the thought, haven't you created a thinker? Can the thinker be more real than the awareness of it?

Negative thoughts only have the meaning and reality that you give them, and that is when it really means something to you. And when you give the thought meaning , you will suffer to the extent of those thoughts. Burt Harding is sitting satsang and discussing some of the intricacies of thought and ego.

 

See everything we think about is just a thought, once you add feeling and story behind it, it becomes real. Let's not make anything, just observe all as it is.

 

Now that we are aware that the concepts of our mind end up creating our reality. Lets listen to Burt discuss some of the ways we can embrace negativity, and bring the light to the darkness.
