The disclosure of UFOs and EBEs and the embargo, that for so many years has held these secrets well guarded, is crumbling as government officials and creditable scientists from around the world cough up the truth and for a good reason.
The following segments are presented so as to expand on the realism of those who are disclosing the truth for the benefit of the human race. High-level French officials - including retired generals from the French Institute of Higher Studies for National Defense, a government-financed strategic planning agency - recently took a giant step in openly challenging skepticism about UFOs.
In a report based on a three-year study, they concluded that "numerous manifestations observed by reliable witnesses could be the work of craft of extraterrestrial origin" and that, in fact, the best explanation is "the extraterrestrial hypothesis." Although not categorically proven, "strong presumptions exist in its favor and if it is correct, it is loaded with significant consequences."

The knowledge I have of these technologies came from the craft that were captured here. I didn’t see the craft, nor did I see the bodies, but I certainly know some of the people that did. There was no question that there are beings from outside the planet. Are these ET people hostile? Well, if they were hostile, with their weaponry they could have destroyed us a long time ago….We got these things that are handheld scanners that scan the body and determine what the condition is. We can also treat from the same scanner. I can tell you personally that we’ve been working on them. And we have ones that can diagnose and cure cancer.
He testifies that we not only have these extraterrestrial devices, but have also achieved tremendous technological advances from their study. He states that in the 1950s and 1960s, NATO did research into the origin of ET races, and disseminated reports to the leaders of various countries. Mr. Phillips further states that there are records and filmed documentation of meetings in California in 1954 between ETs and leaders of the USA. Mr. Phillips now develops technologies that can help eliminate environmental pollutants and reduce the need for fossil fuels: energy generation systems that use natural energies from planet Earth. Yes, it is time. I can tell you personally that it has already started.

Lunar Orbiter Heading to the moon may be a bad idea Nearly four decades after astronaut Neil Armstrong walked on the moon, the U.S. is about to return at a cost of $579-million to find the best site for Earth's first off-world colony. The Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter is expected to produce detailed topographic maps of the moon, and glimpse inside craters at the poles where scientists hope to find frozen water. Using a second spacecraft -- the Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite -- NASA is planning to bomb the moon on October 9, 2009, with the spent second stage of the rocket as a to create and a 6-mile-high plume and create a crater 66 feet wide by 13 feet deep to search for water that would be needed for colonization.
Assuming ET is on the moon, this may trigger a conflict with superior forces as described in 1979, Maurice Chatelain, former chief of NASA Communications Systems confirmed that Neil Armstrong had indeed reported seeing two UFOs on the rim of a crater. "The encounter was common knowledge in NASA," he revealed. Also, Air Force Sgt. Karl Wolfe was told while at Langley Air Force Base enhanced imagery had clearly shown structures on the far side of the Moon. These structures were definitely not created by natural forces-they were made by intelligent beings photos and documents regarding an extraterrestrial base on the dark side of themoon.
Final note for this column is this: According to high security level individuals such as Richard Phillips, who worked on UFOs and alien technology at Los Alamos, "We are are already using back engineered technology in our culture".
